Returns
We want you to love the items you have ordered just as much as we do. So if it's not quite what you wanted or expected you can return it to us. Just make sure its unworn, in its original packaging with all labels attached. You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us you wish to return and then a further 14 days to return the order.
Please contact us at info@littletigertogs.co.uk to arrange a return.
You will be responsible for return postage costs and we recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage and use the recommended postal service to ensure your items are covered for insurance purposes. We will not take any responsibility for parcels until they are in our possession.
As soon as we receive the item back we will let you know and arrange a refund.
Damaged / Faulty Item
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty please let us know immediately by contacting info@littletigertogs.co.uk
We will do our best to resolve any issues, any items returned will be at our cost.
Refunds
Any refunds due will be refunded via the same method of payment.
