In a Hurry?
If you need your parcel in a hurry and would like to use a upgraded delivery service please let us know before placing your order so we can see if we can accommodate your request. Please note any additional upgrade costs will be at your expense.
The Post Lady Customers
We offer free post to non-UK customers who have a Post Lady account (www.thepostlady.co.uk). We post all orders to The Post Lady for free for anyone that uses this service. Please note delivery can take approx 3-5 working days after your order is marked as delivered. Once your items are delivered to The Post Lady we will take no further responsibility for your parcels.
Mail Forwarding services (including The Post Lady)
We do not post outside of the UK. If you choose to use a mail forwarding service we do not accept liability or responsibility for the item once it has been delivered to a UK address. All items for sale meet UK standards, if you choose to purchase an item that does not meet the destination countries standards we do not accept liability for these items.
We aim to pack & post your item/s within 1-3 working days. We will contact you if there is likely to be a delay. You will receive a confirmation email once the item has been sent.
During busy periods it make take longer but we will aim to keep you updated if there is a delay.
Invoices / Receipts
To try and reduce waste we will not include a paper copy of your invoice / receipt in your parcel. Please keep your order confirmation email safe. Duplicates can be re-emailed on request.
If you do need a paper copy of the invoice / receipt to go into the parcel please request this at checkout by adding a comment to the notes.
